With deep roots in Florence, S.C., Dale Barth is the co-owner of Town Hall. Barth also co-owns and operates Red Bone Alley and Fiasco in Florence.
Barth opened his first restaurant, Red Bone Alley, in 1993 and named it after his daughter’s redbone coonhound. Barth is committed to providing local and innovative food that customers can trust. While studying biology at the College of Charleston, Barth dreamed of opening restaurants that relied on holistic qualities and has made his dream come true in bringing fresh food back to the town he grew up in.
When not at his several restaurants, Barth enjoys spending time with his family and outdoors in Florence.
